Job Duties

  • Follow Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are fresh and accurate
  • adhere to product shelf life standards
  • maintain appealing showcases with minimum quantity and variety standards
  • deliver friendly and attentive customer service following S.E.T principles
  • work quickly and efficiently to meet speed of service targets
  • promptly handle customer service concerns and complaints
  • listen carefully and apologize for customer issues
  • follow all operations standards for product preparation and equipment use
  • monitor fridge and freezer inventory and submit orders
  • prepare products minimizing food waste and record production
  • respond to showcase and product needs
  • assist in serving guests when necessary
  • regularly monitor temperatures and record in logs
  • clean and maintain the production area
  • follow all restaurant policies and procedures
  • support clean environment through regular cleaning and stocking
  • follow handwashing and sanitation guidelines
  • comply with health and safety legislation
  • understand and follow safe work practices
  • wear personal protective equipment as required
  • report all safety incidents to management
  • avoid operating equipment unsafely
