Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3AM and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- Possession of a current valid state issued driver's license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy

- Willingness to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Previous experience in baking or food service is preferred but not required
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow baking recipes and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Baking fresh bagels and pastries starting as early as 3AM
- Stocking the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- Assisting with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintaining a safe and clean store environment
- Collaborating with team members to support daily bakery operations
- Ensuring food and beverage quality standards are met
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies
