Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in professional baking
- ability to lift 35 lbs
- availability to work early morning shifts from 3:00AM to 10:00AM
- willingness to work full-time or part-time
- committed to teamwork and customer service excellence
- capacity to stand and move for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years professional baking experience in a high-volume setting
- advanced expertise in artisan bread, laminated doughs (e.g., croissants, danishes, turnovers, pithivier), and pastry techniques
- skilled in dough troubleshooting
- experience with commercial baking equipment
- strong leadership skills
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- work with a variety of doughs across multiple product lines
- troubleshoot dough issues effectively
- develop and document recipes accurately
- operate commercial baking equipment including Bongard oven, Ram Sheeter, dough divider, scales, and Pro Bake spiral mixer
- maintain high standards of bakery product quality
- manage time efficiently during early morning shifts
- contribute positively to team dynamics and company culture
