- baking experience preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including lunch and dinner
- ability to stand for extended periods
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to follow health and safety standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepare and bake focaccia dough daily
- knead and shape dough according to recipes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of baking stations
- monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure quality
- innovate and improve focaccia recipes and baking techniques
- collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production demands
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
