Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Full body mobility including bending, stooping, twisting and reaching
- Deep knowledge and interest in food and baking techniques
- Working knowledge of bakery operations including inventory management and forecasting
- Positive team player and leader
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications
- Deep knowledge and interest in food and baking techniques
- Working knowledge of bakery areas, inventory management, product rotation, ordering and forecasting

- Ability to train others in food production, food handling and product management

Job Duties
- Work in bakery production kitchen doing prep, baking, product rotation, and packaging
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, guests, market support staff and vendors
- Cultivate and maintain an integral and collaborative environment
- Ensure adherence to Ready for Business standards throughout the kitchen
- Assist in training and development of employees
- Establish and maintain a 360-feedback process including guests, staff and leadership
- Provide and role model excellent customer service
- Maintain the integrity of our brand and marketing expressions
- Maintain kitchen in a neat, clean and orderly manner
- Ensure food service compliance with local, state and federal laws
- Demonstrate attitude of service to staff and guests
- Keep up on industry trends, standards and changes
- Support and follow all company and department policies
- Support and follow all safety, security policies and sustainability programs
