Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Work in bakery production kitchen doing prep, baking, product rotation, and packaging
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, guests, market support staff and vendors
  • Cultivate and maintain an integral and collaborative environment
  • Ensure adherence to Ready for Business standards throughout the kitchen
  • Assist in training and development of employees
  • Establish and maintain a 360-feedback process including guests, staff and leadership
  • Provide and role model excellent customer service
  • Maintain the integrity of our brand and marketing expressions
  • Maintain kitchen in a neat, clean and orderly manner
  • Ensure food service compliance with local, state and federal laws
  • Demonstrate attitude of service to staff and guests
  • Keep up on industry trends, standards and changes
  • Support and follow all company and department policies
  • Support and follow all safety, security policies and sustainability programs
