Job Duties

  • follow the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are fresh and accurate
  • adhere to product shelf life standards to maintain product quality
  • deliver consistent customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase with minimum quantity and variety standards
  • enhance customer service experience through a friendly attitude and attentive behavior following the S.E.T. principles: smile, eye contact, thank you
  • support speed of service targets by working efficiently to fill orders and meet customer needs
  • promptly execute service recovery to address customer complaints and concerns
  • listen carefully to customer concerns and apologize when necessary
  • follow all operations standards and guidelines for product preparation and equipment use
  • monitor fridge and freezer inventory and submit order quantities
  • prepare products as required while minimizing food waste and recording production and waste
  • respond to showcase and product needs from the restaurant front
  • assist in serving guests when needed
  • regularly take temperatures of products and equipment and record in logs
  • clean and maintain the production area
  • follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards
  • support a clean environment ready for rush periods through regular cleaning, organizing, and stocking
  • follow proper hand washing and sanitation guidelines
  • work in compliance with health and safety legislation
  • follow safe work practices and procedures
  • use personal protective equipment as required
  • report injuries, accidents, unsafe conditions, and other incidents to management
  • avoid operating equipment or working in ways that endanger others
