Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years professional baking experience in a high-volume setting
  • advanced expertise in artisan bread and laminated doughs
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • experience with commercial baking equipment preferred
  • ability to work early morning shifts

Job Duties

  • work with a variety of doughs across multiple product lines
  • troubleshoot dough preparation issues
  • develop and document recipes
  • operate commercial baking equipment including Bongard Oven, Ram Sheeter, Dough Divider, Scales, and Pro Bake Spiral Mixer
  • prepare artisan breads and laminated doughs such as croissants, danishes, turnovers, and pithiviers
  • manage time effectively during early morning shifts
  • maintain high standards of quality and consistency
