Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years cooking experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform arithmetic operations in various units
- excellent communication skills
- ability to read and interpret English documents
- physical ability to work standing for up to 10 hours and lift up to 30 pounds
- manual dexterity for equipment use
- flexibility with schedule including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Oversees assigned areas of bread and pastry production
- execute recipes
