Job Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years cooking experience
high school diploma or equivalent
ability to perform arithmetic operations in various units
excellent communication skills
ability to read and interpret English documents
physical ability to work standing for up to 10 hours and lift up to 30 pounds
manual dexterity for equipment use
flexibility with schedule including nights and weekends
commitment to professionalism and confidentiality

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1-3 years professional cooking experience in a restaurant or similar establishment
high school diploma or equivalent education
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to read, speak, and interpret documents in English
strong manual dexterity and physical stamina
flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
passion for a baking career

Job Duties

Oversees assigned areas of bread and pastry production
execute recipes
maintain kitchen equipment
be punctual and reliable
use baking techniques including scaling, mixing, proofing, baking, decorating, finishing
mix, shape, and bake dough
clean machinery
prepare ingredients
package final product
ensure daily quality standards
restock bakery and organize storage areas
