Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days including early hours (as early as 3 AM) and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- ability to work early morning hours and weekends
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product quality and availability each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store environment
- prepare fresh bagels and pastries according to company recipes and standards
- collaborate with team members to support smooth bakery operations
- operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
