Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Passion for quality, safety and sanitation

- Ability to move, lift and handle equipment, supplies and other objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to position self to move items weighing up to 25 pounds from floor to shelves and cabinets above and below counter height
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in baking or food preparation helpful
- Strong attention to detail

- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
Job Duties
- Measure and mix ingredients to produce bakery products including bread and pastries using precise café standards
- Ensure correct quantities of baked goods are produced daily and collaborate with management on production schedules
- Manage baking environment by maintaining quality presentation, monitoring oven temperature and baking times, and evaluating product against standards
- Visually merchandise and display all products
- Receive and store inventory, proof and prepare for baking, and bake to ensure product consistency
- Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked, maintaining proper sanitation
- Demonstrate hospitality, respect and a friendly attitude toward guests and team members
