Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
basic math and reading skills
ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
food handler’s permit or willingness to obtain if required
reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in a bakery or food preparation setting is a plus
basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
ability to work effectively as part of a team
good communication and customer service skills
willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

Job Duties

prepare dough and glaze pastries following recipes accurately
assist with baking tasks from start to finish
help plan daily production and gather ingredients
apply icing and decoration to baked goods
monitor oven temperatures and baking times
ensure products meet quality standards
provide courteous and helpful customer service
maintain a clean and organized workspace
