Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to work varied hours including early morning shifts as early as 3 AM and weekends
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable by law
- Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license preferred at specific locations
- Ability to physically perform job duties including sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours
- Availability to work until store closing at 2 PM
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in baking or food preparation is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask during busy periods
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Arrive early to prepare bagels and pastries
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case with fresh products
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store
- Provide excellent guest service by working collaboratively with team members
- Ensure quality control of food and beverages served
- Support inventory management and restocking as needed
