Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous baking experience preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to operate baking equipment safely
good physical stamina
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
adherence to health and safety regulations

Job Duties

bake breads cookies and pastries according to recipes and quality standards
produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service
operate ovens mixers slicers and proofers safely and efficiently
ensure display cases and shelves are clean organized and well-stocked
maintain high standards of freshness quality and safety
assist in training and supporting fellow associates
