Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- able to work varied hours and days including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- must pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- current valid state-issued driver’s license preferred at certain locations and meet company driving qualifications
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during working hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience advantageous
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of bagels and pastries
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery
- work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest service
- operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- adhere to company recipes and quality standards
