Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to handle and operate baking equipment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to interact positively with customers
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes with precision and creativity
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Assist customers with their baking needs and questions
- Support fellow associates in daily bakery operations
