Job Requirements

Ability to work early morning or varied shifts
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Physical ability to lift and carry bakery supplies
Commitment to following safety and hygiene protocols
Must be at least 18 years old
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Eagerness to learn and improve baking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work with baking equipment safely
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepare and bake breads, cookies, and pastries
Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bakery displays and shelves
Engage with customers to provide friendly and informative service
Assist in managing inventory and restocking bakery items
