Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Willingness to work early mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance
- Basic understanding of retail food business operations

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in baking or pastry production preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and production procedures
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in food preparation
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and production lists precisely to ensure high-quality bakery and pastry items
- Monitor dates and freshness, handle outdated items properly, and report shrinkage
- Adhere to all health department guidelines and Festival sanitation practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and dry storage
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests, taking special orders, and addressing concerns
- Keep an eye on stock levels and service floor needs, ensuring proper assortment and production levels
- Maintain food safety logs and ensure quality standards are met by designated times daily
- Work closely with bakery associates to meet department goals and support a positive team environment
- Regularly attend work on time and provide adequate notice for absences
- Perform other duties as assigned
