Job Requirements

- Prior bakery or commercial baking experience preferred
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
- Ensure quality and consistency of bakery items
- Follow health and safety regulations in the bakery area
- Operate baking equipment and machinery safely
- Collaborate with the bakery team to meet production targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
- Package and present finished bakery products for sale
