Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- able to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 am and weekends
- able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- possession of valid state issued driver’s license preferred at some locations
- meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food service experience is an advantage
- ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- customer service orientation
- basic math skills for measuring and portioning
- commitment to maintaining safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- prepare and bake bagels and pastries according to company standards
- work as part of a team to meet daily operational goals
- follow all health and safety regulations while working
- participate in ongoing training and development to improve baking and customer service skills
