Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and handle bakery equipment
- Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Ability to learn new baking techniques and recipes

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality standards
- Decorate cakes and create fancy desserts
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Interact with customers and provide friendly service
- Ensure all products meet freshness and safety requirements
- Assist in stocking and inventory management
