Job Duties
- Follows the Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are fresh and accurate
- adheres to product shelf life standards
- maintains appealing product showcase with appropriate quantity and variety
- delivers outstanding customer service using the Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You principles
- works quickly and efficiently to meet customer needs
- executes service recovery for customer concerns
- listens carefully to customer feedback and apologizes for issues
- follows all preparation standards and operational guidelines
- monitors fridge and freezer inventory and submits orders
- prepares products to minimize waste and records waste properly
- responds to showcase and product needs
- assists with front restaurant service as needed
- takes temperatures of products and equipment regularly and documents data
- cleans and maintains production areas
- follows all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards
- supports kitchen cleanliness and organization
- follows sanitation guidelines and completes cleaning tasks
- complies with occupational health and safety laws
- follows safe work practices
- uses personal protective equipment
- reports injuries, unsafe conditions, and incidents promptly
- avoids unsafe operation of equipment or practices
