Job Duties

  • Follows the Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are fresh and accurate
  • adheres to product shelf life standards
  • maintains appealing product showcase with appropriate quantity and variety
  • delivers outstanding customer service using the Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You principles
  • works quickly and efficiently to meet customer needs
  • executes service recovery for customer concerns
  • listens carefully to customer feedback and apologizes for issues
  • follows all preparation standards and operational guidelines
  • monitors fridge and freezer inventory and submits orders
  • prepares products to minimize waste and records waste properly
  • responds to showcase and product needs
  • assists with front restaurant service as needed
  • takes temperatures of products and equipment regularly and documents data
  • cleans and maintains production areas
  • follows all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards
  • supports kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • follows sanitation guidelines and completes cleaning tasks
  • complies with occupational health and safety laws
  • follows safe work practices
  • uses personal protective equipment
  • reports injuries, unsafe conditions, and incidents promptly
  • avoids unsafe operation of equipment or practices
