Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred
- Ability to work early morning or flexible hours
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift bakery products
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills

Job Duties
- Prepare various baked goods including breads, cookies, pastries, fancy desserts, and decorated cakes
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to produce bakery items
- Ensure all bakery products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery display cases and shelves
- Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist in stocking and replenishing bakery items
- Collaborate with team members to meet bakery and store objectives
