- current food handler's permit
- ability to read and follow recipes

Job Duties
- follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
- ensure the quality and freshness of all bakery products
- maintain appropriate product assortment and inventory levels
- confirm pricing accuracy and signage for bakery items
- clean and sanitize the bakery area daily
- deliver excellent customer service to all customers
- follow production sheets to meet product level requirements
