- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality and safety standards
- Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Interact positively with customers to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Ensure all baked products are fresh and properly stocked
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
