Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic baking experience or willingness to learn
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to operate bakery equipment
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Commitment to food safety and cleanliness

Job Duties

Prepare breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
Interact positively with customers and assist with inquiries
Stock shelves and displays to keep inventory levels optimal
Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
