Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years culinary-related experience
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain consistent quality and cost control in pastry production

Job Duties
- Ensure quality and consistency of all pastry products produced and served
- Manage efficiencies, consistency, and cost accountability for the pastry department
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on new dessert creation and implementation
- Train and mentor pastry department associates
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the pastry kitchen
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Adapt working schedule to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays according to business requirements
