Job Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend and kneel
- Ability to perform motions that include pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Open availability with flexible scheduling
- Willingness to work overnight and early morning hours
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner
- Basic reading and math skills
- Ability to use and learn to use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Ability to multi task
- Availability for overnight and early morning shifts
Job Duties
- Follow site specific and brand specific procedures for consistent and quality customer experiences
- Make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries, and other baked products
- Follow and complete daily par sheet
- Produce quality baked goods according to Dunkin Donuts guidelines
- Maintain strict health department and food safety standards
- Adjust to changing par levels and take direction as needed
- Work in other positions within the operation and switch between roles as needed
