Job Requirements

  • meets state requirements for bakery equipment use
  • valid State Food Handlers Permit
  • valid Driver's License or State ID card

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience, reads and comprehends instructions and correspondence, writes simple correspondence, communicates effectively with guests and associates, performs mathematical operations using American money and measurements, applies common sense to carry out instructions, meets state requirements for bakery equipment use, holds a valid State Food Handlers Permit, holds a valid Driver's License or State ID card, completes company-provided training including bakery skills, food handler safety, guest service training, and active shooter preparedness

Job Duties

  • Reporting for assigned shifts on time and regularly, promoting sales by providing high-quality and consistent products, providing exceptional guest service as per training, performing bakery production tasks including finishing products and labeling, maintaining proficiency in producing a wide range of bakery products to company standards, safely operating bakery equipment, ensuring product quality and presentation, receiving and checking ingredient deliveries, accurately communicating and completing special orders, mentoring new associates, ensuring compliance with all safety and food handling regulations, participating in accident reduction and safety programs
