Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year kitchen experience
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking station and storage areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
- Assist in inventory control by monitoring ingredient levels and reporting shortages
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of baked items
- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards
- Participate in training sessions to improve baking skills and knowledge
