Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are always fresh and accurate
  • adheres to product shelf life standards to maintain quality
  • delivers consistent and outstanding customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase with adequate quantity and variety
  • enhances the customer service experience through friendly attitude and S.E.T. principles
  • assists in speed of service targets by working efficiently to fill orders
  • promptly executes service recovery for customer concerns
  • follows all operation standards for product preparation and equipment use
  • monitors inventory and submits order quantities
  • prepares products minimizing food waste and records production and waste
  • responds to showcase and product needs
  • assists in serving guests when necessary
  • records temperatures and maintains logs
  • cleans and maintains production area
  • follows restaurant policies and sanitation guidelines
  • supports a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • complies with health and safety legislation and practices
  • uses personal protective equipment as required
  • reports injuries, accidents, and unsafe conditions to management
  • avoids operating equipment in unsafe manners
