Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- strong team player with excellent communication skills
- willingness to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- basic food safety and hygiene knowledge preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience is a plus
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries daily
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to deliver excellent guest service
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards
- manage early morning baking schedules starting as early as 3 AM
- adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety
