Job Requirements
- Must have 2 am availability most days and weekend availability
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, kneel regularly
- Capability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently
- Willingness to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in retail bakery or food service preferred

- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with guests and personnel
- Ability to quickly assess and resolve issues in a dynamic and stressful work environment
- Comprehensive understanding of safety requirements and company safety policies
- Knowledge of retail food business and perishable department operations

- Passion for baking and good customer service
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and production lists precisely to ensure high-quality bakery and pastry items
- Monitor dates and freshness, handle outdated items properly, and report shrinkage
- Adhere to all Health Department guidelines and Festival sanitation practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and dry storage
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with finding items, taking special orders, and addressing concerns
- Keep an eye on stock levels and service floor needs to ensure proper assortment and production levels
- Maintain food safety logs and meet all quality standards by 10 am and 5 pm daily
- Work closely with all Bakery associates to meet department goals and support a positive team environment
- Attend work regularly and on time, provide adequate notice for absences
- Perform other duties as assigned
