Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds frequently
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and guest-service orientation
- Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines precisely

Job Duties
- Follow recipes and production lists precisely to ensure high-quality bakery and pastry items
- Monitor dates and freshness, handle outdated items properly, and report shrinkage
- Adhere to all Health Department guidelines and Festival sanitation practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and dry storage
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests, taking special orders, and addressing concerns
- Keep an eye on stock levels and service floor needs, ensuring proper assortment and production levels
- Maintain food safety logs and ensure all quality standards are met by daily deadlines
- Work closely with Bakery associates to meet department goals and support a positive team environment
- Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice for absences
- Perform other duties as assigned
