Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow recipes and adhere to quality standards
- Basic knowledge of baking equipment operation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- Previous baking experience is a plus
- Ability to operate baking machinery safely

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Decorate cakes and fancy desserts with creativity and precision
- Engage with customers by providing friendly service and answering questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery display cases and shelves
- Monitor product freshness and safety standards consistently
- Assist in stocking and replenishing baked goods throughout the day
