Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in bakery or food production preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to lift moderate weights
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow recipes and baking procedures accurately
- knowledge of food safety practices preferable
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- good communication skills
- previous bakery or food production experience is an advantage
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
- follow established food safety and sanitation guidelines
- operate bakery equipment and machinery safely
- monitor baking processes to ensure quality and consistency
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery work area
- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- comply with health and safety regulations
