Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year experience in commercial bakery or food production
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Ability to work early mornings Saturdays and some holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards in food preparation

Job Duties
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
- Operate baking equipment including ovens mixers and proofers with precision and care
- Bake a variety of items including bread pastries cakes pies and cookies following established recipes and techniques
- Assemble baked goods ensuring visually appealing and consistent results
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Adhere to health and safety standards including proper sanitation and food handling practices
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet customer demand
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning
