Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- must pass background check as required by local, state, and federal laws
- possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred or required at some locations
- comply with company driving qualifications when applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience an asset
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- willingness to assist in various store tasks beyond baking
Job Duties
- Bake freshly kettle-cooked bagels and pastries each morning
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making as needed to support guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer experiences
- manage early morning bakery operations efficiently
- follow health and safety guidelines strictly
