Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Basic understanding of food safety standards

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality and freshness standards
- Prepare and decorate cakes and fancy desserts with attention to detail
- Use ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Engage positively with customers and provide friendly customer service
- Assist fellow associates and contribute to team success
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
