Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 - 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Ability to follow recipes and product instructions accurately
  • Willingness to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
  • Commitment to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
  • Reliable transportation to and from the work location

  • 0 - 1 year of related baking or food preparation experience
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and product instructions
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Adaptability to varying work shifts and schedules
  • Reliability and punctuality in attendance

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes and/or product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
  • Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Reduce food waste by efficiently managing ingredient usage
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • Adapt to varying business necessities and client requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
