Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 - 1 year of relevant work experience
- Ability to follow recipes and product instructions accurately
- Willingness to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- Commitment to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 - 1 year of related baking or food preparation experience
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and product instructions
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Adaptability to varying work shifts and schedules
- Reliability and punctuality in attendance
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and/or product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Reduce food waste by efficiently managing ingredient usage
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- Adapt to varying business necessities and client requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
