Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breads, cookies, and pastries according to quality standards
- Decorate cakes and create fancy desserts with artistic skill
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- Ensure baked goods meet freshness and food safety guidelines
- Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and bakery shelves
- Replenish stock and assist with inventory management
