Job Duties
- prepare a variety of breads, cookies, pastries, and specialty desserts
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to bake high-quality products
- decorate cakes and baked goods with attention to detail
- engage with customers to share passion and provide exceptional service
- maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- ensure all baked items meet freshness and safety standards
- assist in inventory management and quality control
