- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries
- produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- maintain cleanliness of display cases and shelves
- ensure products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- engage with customers to provide exceptional service
- assist in stocking and organizing bakery displays
