Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- commitment to follow all company safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior baking or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to operate baking equipment
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and adapt
Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries following recipes and quality standards
- decorate cakes and prepare fancy desserts
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- ensure baked products meet freshness and safety guidelines
- assist customers and provide friendly service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- restock items as needed to keep displays appealing
