Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days including early hours (as early as 3 am) and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license when required and meet the driving qualifications as per company policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food service experience a plus
- ability to work early morning hours
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and commitment to quality
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
Job Duties
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to uphold food and beverage quality standards
- arrive early to prepare for daily operations
- follow company policies and procedures
- help in keeping the store organized and well-stocked
