Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Must comply with company, division, and store policies and applicable laws
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle bakery equipment safely
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Prior experience in a retail or food service environment is beneficial

- Must demonstrate eagerness and willingness to learn
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in baking or food preparation is a plus
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, and other baked goods using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Decorate cakes and fancy desserts with attention to detail
- Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and address their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery display cases and shelves
- Monitor baking inventory and restock as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and enhance customer experience
