Job Duties
- follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
- ensure the quality and freshness of all products and services the bakery provides
- maintain the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the bakery
- confirm pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items
- ensure the bakery is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets company standards for appearance
- deliver excellent customer service to all customers
- follow production sheets to ensure appropriate levels of fresh baked products
