Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Follow the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure product freshness and accuracy
  • adhere to product shelf life standards
  • deliver consistent and outstanding customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase
  • enhance customer service through friendly attitude and S.E.T principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You)
  • support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently
  • promptly execute service recovery for customer service concerns or complaints
  • listen carefully and apologize for customer service complaints
  • follow all operations standards and guidelines for preparation of products and equipment operation
  • monitor fridge and freezer inventory and submit order quantities
  • prepare products minimizing food waste
  • record prepared items and waste
  • respond to showcase and product needs from the restaurant front
  • assist in serving guests when necessary
  • regularly take temperatures of products, fridges, and freezers and record data
  • clean and maintain the production area
  • follow all restaurant policies and standards
  • support a clean environment ready for rush periods through regular cleanup and organization
  • follow proper hand washing and sanitation procedures
  • work in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation
  • know and follow safe work practices
  • use personal protective equipment as required
  • report all injuries, illnesses, accidents, unsafe conditions, and security incidents
  • avoid operating equipment or working in a way that endangers anyone
