Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred
- Ability to work early morning or flexible shifts
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Compliance with health and safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries according to recipes and quality standards
- Decorate cakes and prepare fancy desserts appealingly
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers efficiently and safely
- Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Ensure all baked products meet freshness and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management and restocking bakery items
