Job Requirements

- prior experience in a bakery or food production setting preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow safety guidelines and food handling procedures
- basic math skills
- good physical stamina

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
- ensure adherence to recipe standards and quality control
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
- monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- assist in receiving and storing bakery supplies
- comply with health and safety regulations
- support team members and collaborate to meet production goals
