- prior bakery or food service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capability to handle physical demands of the job

Job Duties
- prepares and bakes a high volume of bakery product according to Costco formulas
- maintains cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment and work areas
- follows food safety regulations and company standards
- monitors inventory levels and assists in ordering supplies as needed
- collaborates with team members to ensure timely production
- operates bakery machinery safely and efficiently
- assists in training new bakery staff
